3D printing materials. Engineering filaments, printed right

Heat, load, flex, flame or weight: say what the part has to survive and we print it in the material made for it, from a single piece.

  • A curated core range, or any filament sourced on request
  • Technical data sheets on request
  • Usually 1-3 working days on popular materials
  • From a single part

Experienced in carbon‑fibre engineering materials

Carbon-fibre filaments are hard to print well, and they are among the materials we print most. We dry the filament, print on a hardened nozzle in a heated chamber and orient each part to its load, so it keeps the strength and heat resistance you chose the material for.

  • A black PPA-CF wing stand with a silver metal bracket, holding a carbon-fibre rear wing above the white rear deck of a Lotus Exige, outdoors
    PPA-CF

    Metal-like strength

The stiffest and strongest material we print, with a matte carbon finish. For brackets, jigs and parts that carry real load.

    168 MPatensile strength

  • Three black PPS-CF parts on white: a pipe fitting, an elbow and a handwheel
    PPS-CF

    Ultra-high heat resistance

Holds up to heat and to oils, fuels and most chemicals, with a matte carbon finish. For parts near engines, heaters and process lines.

    235 °Cheat deflection

  • A black knurled PET-CF part fitted among cables in an engine bay
    PET-CF

    Load-bearing, for less

Stiff and dimensionally stable, and takes up little moisture, so parts keep their size. For fixtures, housings and brackets, for less than PPA-CF.

    182 °Cheat deflection

  • Two black PC FR battery boxes holding cylindrical cells, on a cutting mat
    PC FR

    Exceptional flame retardancy

Polycarbonate that puts itself out when the flame is taken away. Tough, with a smooth finish. For electrical enclosures, battery boxes and covers.

    UL 94 V-0flame rating

  • A squeezable green TPU lattice ball on a blue surface
    TPU

    Bends and bounces back

Flexible and rubber-like: it bends, squeezes and springs back, grips and damps vibration. For seals, bumpers, feet, grips and cable guides.

    > 650 %stretch

  • A white fixed-wing model aircraft printed in ASA Aero, flying above clouds
    ASA Aero

    Ultra-lightweight and tough

Foams as it prints, so parts come out very light, with a matte finish, and ASA stands up to the weather. For RC airframes, drone parts and large light parts.

    0.99 g/cm³density

  • A white handheld fan with a printed mounting bracket, held up against a blue sky
    PETG

    Universal everyday parts

Tough and slightly glossy, and copes with water and everyday knocks. Our 24/7 material, always loaded in white. For everyday functional parts, housings and clips.

  • A PLA model cottage with a tiled roof, two deer and textured trees
    PLA

    Best for cosmetic parts

Stiff, with crisp detail and a clean finish. It softens with heat, so not for a hot car or near a heater. For models, prototypes and display parts.

Any other filament, on request

We print these less often, so we may need to order the spool for your job. The quote says if that changes the time or the price.

  • Colour matchingSend a sample or a colour code. We propose the closest filament colours and order the one you pick.
  • Custom RAL coloursGive us the RAL code and we find the filament that matches it.
  • Food-contact grade filamentFilament its maker sells as food-contact grade, ordered in for your job.
  • TranslucentFor light covers, diffusers and parts that let light through.
  • MulticolourMore than one colour in one part: logos, labels, markings.
